Vishesh GuruPurnima Satsang held at Nirankari Colony in which His Holiness Brahmrishi Kumar Swami ji and Gurumaa ji blessed the sangat with their presence.
Guru Purnima:
The day when disciples express their love and devotion their Guru. The full moon day in the Hindu month of Ashad (July-August) is observed as the auspicious day of Guru Purnima, a day sacred to the memory of the great sage Maharshi Veda Vyasa. Vyasa was not only believed to have been born on this day, but also to have started writing the Brahma Sutras on ashadha sudha padyami, which ends on this day. Their recitations are a dedication to him, and are organised on this day, which is also known as Vyasa Purnima.
